While my legs didn't have the pop, not achy or sore after the trail run. Most importantly there was hardly any heel pain. Scraping the sore spot after the run seems to have helped.
Tried to keep the pace around 6:00, but should've ran slower.

BM15 LS+dhb crops+vest+buff+LGloves
It was much cooler than the temperature suggested due to headwind. Thought I may overheat but glad I had the vest especially after working up a sweat.
