Wasn't it supposed to get cooler from this week? The humidity was lower then usual, so thought it would be pleasant run, but I was wrong. The temp was 33C when I started! And mostly no wind. No wonder it was hot...
8k warm-up w/strides x 5, 2 min. recovery in between. Tonight's course was good for this workout. The stride section starts soon after crossing the bridge, heading back home.
Light pain in left foot (PL2) for the first 2km. Weird pain in the middle toe (right foot). Can't remember if I banged it into something.
adidas ftd. tank+MH shorts, fitted tank was too hot when over 30C. It wicks great, but need something flowy.
