Notes

2 x hills with 2 mile loops for recovery week. Had to push myself to stay consistent for the mile loops. Everyone was keeping a good pace. First time to use the NB GPS watch. Very cool!

MEC LS, UA tights. Thought it may be too cold, but was comfortable.
