Team Awesome reunion. Unfortunately Steffen/Brian couldn't make it. Took photos with our race t-shirt and bling.
Left IT band/hamstrings felt tight throughout (PL2), but not bad enough to change the gait or form. Should run only 3 times a week till next clinic starts, and focus on stretching/foam rolling.
Asked Judi to put me on sub list for Hood to Coast. Long shot?
