High hamstrings and hip flexors still sore and noticed slight pain in the IT band (L), right above the knee.

Wish I had more time to spend on recovery, but need to slowly start building mileage for the upcoming trail event.

Did short hill repeats. 1 min. (moderate hard effort) x 5 w/2 min. recovery. Was good exercise to pick up my legs while running.

Initially hought 2 min. recovery may be too long, but I was wrong. It was good to have that much so I could maintain the effort till the end.

drenched in sweat towards the end so got chilly post-workout.
