Test run continues in the freeeezing temperature. I went before dark to make sure I don't wimp out. Up to Haneul Park and down the stairs.
I used buff to cover my face but soon became difficult to breathe as the moisture trapped in the fabric start to freeze (was headwind). So during the second half my face was exposed but luckily the wind was mostly from the back.
No pain in the back but legs felt a bit achy? Difficult to tell since my legs started to get cold/numb from the wind.
If the weekend runs go well (decided to skip the half on Sunday), will start intervals from next week to get the leg turnover back.
Uniqlo turtle+UA thick tights+BM17 jacket+2 buffs+cap (used one buff to cover my ears during the second half)

New shoes felt cushiony and good.
