Usual loop w/Luna prior to the group run. We decided to meet earlier so we can help Jim with the beginners' walk/run program.
Started out really sloooow which was good, but got side-tracked mid way checking running forms and had to pick-up pace. I'm too upright causing strain in my lower back esp. when my hamstrings are tight. Need to work on it!
30 min. eaaaaasy run w/W&R group not included.
Not sure how it happened but noticed lots of my recent run's map was set to private. Fixed.
