Thought I was running at an easy pace, but the perceived effort was suprisingly high. Not sure what to make of lap pace since I felt I was slogging at 6:00+pace.
But either way if the Garmin is correct, I was in the red zone for most of the time. I hope my legs hold up tomorrow.
