10' tempo @ 10km pace x 2. Was fast pace, but did my best to stay positive. Slowed down a bit on my second tempo. Stay in the mile, and don't let negative thoughts creep in.

Slight pain in left IT band (PL2.5). FR HS+arm warmers, UA tights.
