Notes

Ran on the treadmill. Started out slow, and picked up pace during the last 3km. Took about 45 min. until it reached the 7km mark (really?). Was sweating quite a bit towards the end.

Tightness in IT bands and right piriformis (PL2). Hope I didn't over do it...
