SF trail run @ Achasan led by Julian. Easy short distance because a few of us are headed for Geoje.
My legs still felt crappy, so wasn't sure if I should run the trails. But needed a good run to lift my spirits. Not sure why my legs feel so fatigued though... Is it because of last week's 30k? Too close to race day??
Anyway, while my legs felt heavy, I got my rhythm back running downhill. As long as it wasn't entirely covered with oddly-shaped rocks, I was pretty comfortable jumping from one dirt patch to another. Just had to let my body lean forward and get into a rhythm.
Still noticed occasional pain in my left knee when climbing. Hope taping will help on race day.
