Ooookay, so I don't even know how to explain this. First 3-4 miles were good, moderate tightness in the left calf, grass running helped. Followed some chick from mile 2-3. She was running around an 8:10 pace I think. Then around mile 4, as I passed her I realised that I wasn't needing to run on grass as much. Then around 5.5, my left calf felt GREAT, 8 on a scale of 1-10. So my last mile I pushed it close to my 10k pace and it felt AWESOME.
Is the leg getting better? Who the f*** knows, but I'll take this run.
