10 miler done. No major issues. Back pretty tight, glutes and hamstrings as well. Quads are very sore.
Started off at a 10 min mile, then gradually increased the pace after mile 2.
Miles 1-3 were good, then I got in a rut until about mile 7, then even though the rain had picked up, I thought less about my foot, and more about my legs carrying me forward, trying to remember how it felt when I enjoyed running. From miles 7-10, I noticed an easier run.
