Notes

Weight after bike: 148 after 100oz of CPro/NUUN and 60oz of NUUN + 20oz of water and muscle milk. Could(should?) have taken in more fluids(plain water preferably).

Nutrition: 100oz of CPro(9scoops) and NUUN(7tabs) and 64oz of only NUUN(4.5tabs)

Thermalytes at 1, 2, and 3 hour marks is the goal. ** did not happen

Two bananas

I'm thinking lower calorie for this ride. It might be close to 70 miles and typically I would shoot for 1200 calories if I was running afterwards.

We'll see how it pans out

Took two Thermalytes an hour before and stuck with the mix and it worked fine.

4.5 hours 75.25 miles. Burned 1511 calories. Avg HR was 120 and max of 151(right where I wanted it).

Was getting very sore towards the last 7 miles :) I can't imagine what 112 will feel like....
