WOW! Longest workout yet!!

The run went well. It was strange at first but since my pace has slowed, the "shuffle" seemed to work, and keeping the same effort, I noticed my pace speed up towards the end of the run, which I think is a good sign.

Stats for run: 29:21 for 3.03 miles which is a 9:41 pace. Burned 269 calories. Avg HR was 128 and max of 141 :)
