Too fast. I'm not sure, but I went out slow(or at least I thought), and tried to keep a 9min pace, but every time the Garmin went off, it was under 9.
Same routine as Tuesday. Ran on grass to relieve pressure from the calf and things were okay. I could run on pavement for a few minutes before the pressure came back. Of course I could have run the whole thing on pavement with some tightness, but why??
