Burned 342 calories. Pretty low HR. Maybe it's becuase I've been idle for 3 days.
Left calf was very tight and bothered me. Of course the grass running would help but it was pretty tight. Hopefully the exercises from Jay will work this summer.
I also felt a tweak in the inner left wuad tendon to the knee. Went away after mile 3. Weird.
