Notes

Left calf was tight, but I used soft surface as much as I could and it worked again. Took away the tightness in the calf and allowed it to actually work. Is my left leg shorter than the right, and so much that soft surface running brings them both to normalcy???

I went for negative splits, not looking at the Garmin, but trying to keep a mental note of how fast I was going based on my HRs.
