Run notes: It was tough. 50 minutes of left calf/foot discomfort. Not way too bad but I had my mind on it the whole time. Grass running helped. Ended up with 6.10 miles and and 8:11 pace. Bured 574 calories. Avg HR was 150 and max of 169.
