Great ride :) It started to get hot towards the end. The ride was above my normal HR zone for a long bike. Felt weak at the beginning but strong towards the end. Lifted the seat up by 1/2 inch for the last 14 miles and it was okay. The last 7 miles were better than the first 7 with the seat higher and I felt like I was able to put more power into the pedals. We'll see as time goes by if it's right.
