Ran 3 miles:
Legs felt pretty good :) Left inner knee tweaked around mile 2, but went away right after. Very minor but wanted to note it.
I'll keep an eye on it until the taper for Mooseman.
Stats: Burned 276 calories. Avg Hr was 135 and max of 164. Kept it low, but still managed an 8:30 pace so I think I'm recovering quickly.
