Run was good. A lot of left calf issues due to the foot, but manageable. I somehow felt better towards the end of the run and felt like I had more in me. Glutes are SORE! Hamstring tendons, mainly the left are tight.
Stats: 1:05:00 6.86 miles @ 9:28 pace. Burned 565 calories. Avg HR was 132 and max was 155.
