So I felt strange and the left leg/foot felt weak, so I stayed slow like 9:45 to 10 min pace anytime I felt the foot get tight. It seemed to work, but something wierd happened. Around mile 5 my core seemed to take over and back straightened and seemed to relieve pressure off the legs. Then I felt great, with the exception of blisters. Yep, maybe my run is changing. So now I have hot spots on my left big toe, and most of my right toes. Also, the top of my right foot hurts, as if my laces were too tight or I was arching my foot too much. It did go away at times, so I'll chaulk that up as normal for now.
At the end of the run, I felt like I had another 3-5 miles in me which is GOOD.
