Nutrition: 1/2 ProBar, Vits and Mins at 6:50am. 100oz CPro(9scoops)/NUUN(7tabs) mix

Drank 1 bottle each lap, which I think was not really enough. It was very humid!!

Weight before run: 149.2

Great run...well good run. No issues except for quads being a little fried and glutes. Achilles are tight as well, but no injuries and the right outside quad hip thing from yesterday's workout is gone :)

Did three laps at Burke! I just couldn't turn around and head back so I continued :)

Took a thermalyte at 7am, and one every 45 minutes(2 during run). No cramps!!

Stats: 13.34 miles in 2:12:07 which is a 9:54 pace. Not bad considering I really couldn't stretch out the legs much after the first lap. It was all about the right stride which I could sustain and it was kinda slow :)

Burned 1046 calories. Avg HR was 137 and max of 179(not sure).
