Notes
Stayed in Vienna. First things first, the run was good. Tried hard to keep a low HR. Left calf started to cramp around mile 9. Other than that it was a good run. Felt really tight around mile 8. Probably since I biked long yesterday :)
Burned 939 calories.
Weighed 147.5 after run. Drank 5-6 gulps of water at W&OD, then a bottle of water at the gas station at the top of 123, then started to sip on the NUUN/Carbo Pro mix thru the finish. I needed much more sodium and about 20oz more of fluids. For next Sunday's run I'll take two Thermalytes an hour before the run and see if it helps.
