Took two Thermalytes with water 10 minutes before the run...
Used NUUN/CPro(2 scoops) for the run.
Weight after run: 147.0
Run was a shuffle, but decent. 8.19 miles in 1:21:47 which is a 9:59 pace :) Fabulous, right? Burned 660 calories. Avg HR was 131 and max of 165.
The good thing is I swam 2 miles right before, so tonight was almost a 3 hour workout after driving back from NJ.
