Went to FH. Did 8. VERY hard. Took a really gnarly spill. Tore up my left arm, shoulder, and leg.

That's what I get for drinking the night before. Garmin GPS crapped out, so the distance/elevation data ain't right.

Burned 827 calories.

Maybe 1300-1400ft of climbing??
