So the run was okay. I couldn't really push the pace much faster then 9:00. Towards the last 3-4 miles the left calf wasn't really tight, but it would stick and cramp real fast and let go, only every now and then. It was definitely manageable. Left hammy also cramped when I stopped to stretch my quad.

I tried to conserve fluids throughout the run, but probably overdid it.

No other cramping issues though. Weighed 147.4 with drinking 40oz of NUUN and carbo pro. That's 2+ pounds lighter than I should weigh. Yikes. Well that explains some things :)

I need to drink 20oz per 30 minutes when it's 80 and 75% humidity.
