Same as Tuesday with the leg. First 2-3 miles relative tightness and almost a feeling of a dull tear(but it wasn't), grass running helped. During miles 4-5 the leg felt a little better, and then I pushed it for the last mile guessing at my 10k pace and the calf was fine, no tightness and no pain, just quick smooth turnover which felt great.
The back had no issues running, so it's gotta be a swimming thing. Needs more attention....
