Run after work was crazy! It was about 100 degrees with a lot of humidity! Around mile 3.5, I started to fade. My HR was spiking 165 and at mile 5 my right quad cramped up :)
I wasn't taking enough sodium the last few days.
Weighed 148 after the run.
