Eating 1/3 ProBar and a Thermalyte 60 minutes before the workout.

Weight after run: 146.6

Ended up running the same loop as Tuesday. So much better. Although I'm still having minor issues(left calf tightness, odd presssure from the inner quad into the knee on the inside, glute soreness from yesterday), that was much much easier than Tuesday. It must have had something to do with PT right before.

Stats: 5.55 miles in 50:21 which is a 9:04 pace. Burned 503 calories. Avg HR was 138 and max of 163.
