Notes
So the first 3 miles were a little tough, actually the whole run was on my quads but no issues at all with cramping. Left calf was not tight and I enjoyed the heck out of that run. Even though it's 78 and sunny and I lost a lot of water, I still posted negative splits and ran strong.
