Going to bike(MTB) for about 2 hours today. My weight is 158.8 right now..
So here's a physiology question for ya:
I biked for 1:58:49, from home to Herndon, right before the major intersection and back home.
29 miles
Burned 1498(Timex) calories.

I weigh 152.2 now. 6.6 pound loss. Drank 20oz of water during the ride.
I'll hydrate good and hope for a strong run tomorrow morning :)
