Ate a Bonk Breaker and taking Vitamins and MINs. Went out last night. Ended up eating a bunch of chips and salsa when I got home :(
Still going to take two thermalytes before the run too.
Hamstrings tight from yesterday.
Run went well. I think the knee and foot are holding up and the tendonitis may be slowly healing...
