No pain at all in left knee at the moment :)

Another before the run
1 at every hour on the bike
Weight before swim: 147.4 going to drink a coconut water on the way to the pool!
Swim was good. Only got 2000m in before getting kicked out by a class. No biggie. Didn't feel the left knee when I pushed off :) Time was 51:00
Weight after swim: 146.9 Need to drink more before the swim
