Notes

Run this one really easy (12:00-14:00 pace), and if the left ankle hurts, walk home.

Walked 2X for 100 steps each time @ approx. miles 6 & 7...ankle seems to be fine with the extra day off. (I wore an Ace elastic brace on the ankle - probably should do so on the next run too).
