Before I headed out, I checked RA and the humidity was supposedly 78%; (usually one of the determinants for treadmill vs outside), however I had no problems with any humidity as in the recent past so that made me happy.

Well, my GPS was acting up - must need a new battery in the watch AND the receiver; anyway, it kept dying so I had to finally turn it off (skies were fairly clear, so it wasn't the reception). So, I ended up running this one on "time" and perception, with a guesstimate that 2:20 = approx. 12 miles at my pace. Felt pretty good thru 8 miles, legs tired the last 4, no walking, never breathing hard, and lots of small-medium hills. Legs felt "crampy" the rest of the day. It was really my best (easiest) long run in a while, so I'm pretty sure I did at least 12. My average pace was probably 30 seconds slower than what I had hoped for (11:23 vs 10:50).

30 hours later - legs still sore; then I realized it was due to all the hills on my run (most of my long runs recently have either been much shorter or on the TM).
