Giving my bare feet a few days rest...Warm and muggy with lots of horseflies - perfect conditions for a craptacular run. My clothes were dripping wet when I got back. Walked 5 X :60 in last part. I know part of the problem is I have to start eating something before the longer runs, drink plenty beforehand, and carry fluids with me. Under the conditions, I was surprised my pace wasn't closer to 13:30 or worse...
