Notes

Missed this morning, so did it at the gym after work. Includes 1mi warmup, 3mi tempo, and 1mi cool down. Unable to do the middle 3mi tempo at 5.8 as planned - very humid in gym - shirt was completely soaked w/o a dry spot on it!!
