4th of July 5K in Marlton with lots of fellow alums. Couldn’t hang with Jack Shea, NAU’s finest, who ran 16:01, but I took 2nd relatively comfortably. Although the race was a positive split, I held on a lot better than I usually do and got a 1 minute course PR. Time is nothing great but with the terrible heat and humidity today I’ll take it. This is close to where I expected to be which is a good sign
