Hamilton 5K -- 15:30.07 for 5th
First 5K in 2 years! Went okay — got the the leagues Q and a PR so mission accomplished. The Oneonta guys took it out in a 3:00 1K -- felt ok so I stayed with the front group. Then they floored the brakes and a bunch of 75-76s laps followed. With a mile left, I started to feel the length of the race and the wonky pacing from earlier so I didn't really pick up the pace. Closed the last 4 well and outkicked jake (sorry). Weird race and I wasn't feeling the best this week so I can probably take a good chunk off this later on. That’s enough 5K for now, onto the 15!
