Liberty League Mile - 13th in 4:27.06
Not quite what I was hoping for, but still a solid performance. Got out okay, let people pass and hung on the back of the pack thru 800. Made a small surge halfway and closed okay, just not as hard as last week (racing is harder when you’re not winning the heat). The race went by super quick and I wasn’t feeling gassed after, so I wish I pushed myself a little harder. Could have taken more risks too. All in all, still an alright day and a great showing by my fellow RPI milers (and 5K/DMR!). Excited for some big 1500s/5Ks outdoors!
