Sat near the front nice and relaxed for the 1st half. Huge shoutout to Justin for leading and doing the hard part. Took over with ~600 to go and threw down everything I had the last lap fighting with a Rochester guy. Tough to not score and miss sub 4 but I ran a good race and I’m happy with the effort. Pretty cool that I'm able to close in a 60, but I need to be in a race that keeps the pace hot in the middle to break 4 - running this back at Widener
