I just went out for a run. No real big deal here. I used a heart rate monitor for the 1st time and just focused on keeping my heart rate between 65 & 75% of my Max (188). This was significantly slower then I am used to going and felt like i could run forever. I didn't bother timing it as I want to make sure all I go by is my heart rate and as i get more fit I will get faster. I truly enjoyed this run the whole time and the highest I let my heart rate get to was 85% about 159 and I was still feeling great at the end. Can't wait to get back out with the monitor again.
