Ran with the River to Sea team. Did 2 1.5 Mile loops. Everyone looks great. I struggled slightly in the beginning with a HR of about 165 - 175 but after we took the 2nd part of the run a little slower I felt better and like i could go longer. I just need to keep it up and get my HR down on these easy runs. I don't want to worry to much about my time right now just the distance and my average HR. Once I get that under control I'll start looking at what my times are. I hope to do another 3 miles tonight.
