Good run. Not sure why it was so slow. I felt like i was moving really, really well. Felt a little dizzy at the end but I might not have hydrated well enough during the day.
Nice work. I find frequently when I feel crappy after a run it's because I was not hydrated enough. Glad you got it in, and don't worry about the pace. You know that'll come.

Another good distance Pete, you are logging some solid weeks here. Running after a long day can make it tough to feel 100% in the head. The dizziness may have been tied to hydration like you said, just take it easy out there. Keep up the good work!
