Got back in the pool. I want to continue to swim as it is a good alternative to running when my legs are feeling a little tired. It will also keep me in shape for my next triathlon and is a good means of cross training for the upcoming half and 25K. Felt good today. Definitely miscounted during the workout (Shared a lane and focused on not running into the other person so i lost count a bunch of times). I made sure that i continued to always error on the conservative side and do more laps until I finally counted to 1,500 which was probably more like 1,750 or 1,800 but it didn' matter. I felt great the whole time and didn't have a problem alternate side breathing the whole time. I'll try to keep to the every other day run and swim routine.
