Wow, this one crushed me. The heat and humdity sent me into a water deficit and I bonked around mile 15 and proceded to do a run/walk combo. The funnel cake and drinking at CMA Music Fest yesterday and the 3 hours of sleep that I got last night probably didn't help matters much. Not pretty. Rick was a good sport with my frequent stops.
