Notes
I just ran over to NCC for my run today because I left my car there when we left for nationals and I rode home with Roland from nats and we got home at 3am so there was no way I was picking it up last night. It was really windy today and of course the wind was in my face the whole way there. I felt ok, not great, and my piriformis and hamstring were pretty tight. Mileage is relatively low this week because of traveling and being at nationals but still hit 40 so I'm ok with it. Going to use to next two weeks to just get some base mileage in since NCC is on break.
