Notes
We just had a team meeting today and no practice since NCC is in finals week so I decided to just run to NCC, go to the meeting and then run home. Felt pretty good on the way there.. was happy that it was finally sunny out and it was pretty nice! Went to the meeting then Amanda asked if I had run yet because she wanted to run with me and I told her I had to run home so she said she would head out that way with me. A couple of the other girls were running too so they ran with us back to Four Lakes so that made the 2nd part of the run go by a lot faster. I missed the street I needed to turn down at the end so it was a little longer on the way back which made it about 8 miles since it is a little short of 4 to get there. Piriformis was pretty tight but hamstring was ok.
